I wouldn't doubt it -- claiming it to most would be suicide in most universes, I imagine, as Lucifer tends to rule that particular realm of the world.

[A shrug. Crowley is perfectly harmless unless he wants to hurt you. Don't worry, Seras, he's pretty chill.]

It means that they do not exist on the material plane, and are therefore not physical to humans. To an angel or a similar being, however, they are.
