The Core did this?

[She recognizes the contact information. ... But she's not going to allow it dampen her admiration for something beautiful amidst a decidedly dismal cityscape.]

That would be my educated guess. It seems to be too great of an effect to have been directly caused by one of the factions.

How long do you suppose it'll stay like this?

Beats me-

But it's amazing.

[Switching over to voice. It's easier to watch the sky without having to worry about typing.]

Are you out watching it, too?

While I was setting up, everyone else said come see!

...It's really something, huh.

[Setting up ... ?]

What is a known mystery to some is usually left as it is.

Bright lights against falling darkness. Quite the contrast.

It's beautiful. Reminds me of home.

It must have been a good setting. There are not many places made for sights such as these.

I've never seen anything like this before. Not even in my home world.

But it is comforting.

I am.

[He's quiet for a second.]

I've never seen anything like it before.

So... this must not happen very often.

[Smile's fading -- just a little. Keeping her eyes on the sky.]

That's a shame.

Yeah. A real shame.

[If only...]

You could record a video of it, if you want. With your NV.

Mhm.

[These lights. So engrossing.]

I may have to ... try that out.

[But in a second. Not right now.]

[She, like so many others watching the lights, sounds just a little stoned.]

They're gorgeous, aren't they?

voice; rainprism December 2 2011, 06:32:06 UTC
They are.

[Ah, the hands-free convenience of the voice option. She settles down a little, taking a seat on the building's edge.]

I wish it could be like this every night ...

I think... maybe then. I wouldn't mind the Darkness so much.

[Absent, brief laugh.]

Maybe it'd calm the monsters down a little.

[Wow, yes. That's an incredibly dumb musing, Aqua.]
