[To be honest, the Undertaker thought for certain that his basement, his beloved work, would be undisturbed during his trip back home. But upon his return, having once again plummeted to the ground in the baseball diamond at the break of morning, sounding his return with the cry of the siren. There's a dragon in port which did major damage to SERO's port, and they're restricting their medical drugs to affiliates. There's a social push for a crackdown on vigilantes. The Newcomer Killer or an imitator has been killing. A new Newcomer serial killer is in prison. Two bodies were found on the train tracks today.

Jesus Christ, Taker?!

Fuck, Taker! Just...fuck.
[He's not letting go anytime soon.]

The blue rope extends from his corpse. It weaves through the basement and exits out the back door.]

I will be out back a moment. [And he's gone, following the figurative and literal trail of despair out the basement exit. With Lee in sight, a grin breaks over Undertaker's lips.]
Have you been lonely, Lee?
Reply
Boy, you sure know me don't you?
[He MISSED him, yes. But some niggling tiny suppressed voice chides in the back of his mind about how he missed those EYES more.]
