[At first, it doesn't sound like anything is going on. Then there's footsteps followed by some muttered. If you listen close enough, you might here something like this:]

This is absolutely ridiculous... first my glasses and now this...

[After a while, there's a shuffling, followed by a dull clicking noise. There's a small mutter, which is hard to ( Read more... )

I believe I know one in Sector Four.

[ A brief pause as she assesses his recording, before: ] Would you like me to accompany you? If you lost your glasses, I can imagine it would be difficult to find your way.

Ah, yes, I would appreciate it. I mean, if it's not too much trouble. As for my glasses, I didn't lose them, exactly... they're broken.

Broken? What happened?

[ Then, she switches the feed to private for her next words. It's a workable filter, but unfortunately, it's easy to hack for any experts. However, it would have to do. ]

Could you send me your location? By the way, I couldn't help but notice that someone referred you to Miss Beatrice. I don't know her personally, but someone I know told me that she has a questionable disregard for life and death. If you plan to accept her assistance, I advise treading carefully.

Ah, my puppy got a hold of them, I'm afraid.

Of course. [Reim sends the location.] Ah, thank you for the warning, I truly appreciate it. I believe I'll go with you first, however. Perhaps I can find what I'm looking for without going with her.

It's a big day for glasses breaking, huh?

C'mon, Lunettes! Perfect example of you being boring! Unless you broke them in a fight with a demon or something!

There are a few places in the Underground Mall, but I guess you're probably going to have a hard time getting around without glasses... Could yours be repaired? I could drop them off during my break and get them back to you by tonight.

Thank you, but I don't think they can be repaired. The frames are rather... destroyed. Oscar got a hold of them, I'm afraid. Thank you for the offer, however. It's very thoughtful of you.
