A place with enough energy I can maintain my lab. The starter apartments are keyed into the Core's residual energy, but every time there's a spike, the subspace collapses. It's really bad for productivity.

I have my bearings. It's the Core that doesn't. I've never seen anything like it before.

It's not for fishing. It's for sending back thermal images of the underwater caverns caused by the earthquake, which was probably caused by the Core. If I can't get to the thing itself, I have to work with what I have.
