[When she does speak her voice is strange, as if she's not used to speaking at all, her words sounding foreign on her tongue.]

This guy is almost as read as his hair. When he manages to speak, he's stammering.]

[He'd almost wanted to ask what are you, as he'd seen that tail earlier but he manages to catch himself just in time.]

[There's a long, long pause as she simply stares back before answering, completely ignoring the question.]

[It's awhile later before Syrena replies. It seems she's managed to make her way back into the sea. Her long hair is wet, covering her exposed chest as she props the NV up on a rock, holding onto it. There seems to be a splashing of a tail in the background as she does so.]
