[The feed softly comes on, although there's no sound for a few moments, not even a 'moo'. Some things have been on her mind lately that she had wanted to ask about, but between being shown around all over the Port and that camping trip, Naminé hadn't quite had the time to do so.]

School usually... starts in September, doesn't it?

I've been thinking ( Read more... )

I'm afraid I wouldn't know much about the schools here, but they would be started soon enough.

I thought so. That's why I thought it would be a good time to ask about it.

I'd ask of a school teacher. No doubt they'll have the answers.

I'll try to find one, then.

[She pauses, unsure.] ...Thank you.

Guess it can be a little scary at first, but it's a place where you get to learn a lot of different stuff and make a bunch of friends.

You just gotta do all a bunch of homework and studying.

I don't mind doing the work, actually. [And the learning thing too. It'll help keep her busy.]

I'm just a little worried about the people there...

What's wrong with the people, Namine?

[You mean other than she's a total fail at being social and connecting to people?]

Some people aren't exactly kind to people from other worlds. I'm just worried about someone getting in trouble.

Both jobs and going to school can be really lame if you don't pick properly, so be careful!

Boring. Routine. Filled with dull people who don't want to do anything except melt their brains and waste their days.

Aren't you supposed to be learning about things there though? It can't be that bad.

I haven't attended school here yet but, it can't be too different from what it was like back home...

I was thinking of starting school up in the fall. It's hard but, school and a job are both manageable if you are focused enough.

C-can I ask what it was like at your home then? If you don't mind...

So it's okay to do both then?

Well, first you went to high school and then after you finished high school, you'd ideally be accepted to the university of your choice. When it came to high school back home, I had enrolled in a private school thanks to a scholarship.

Of course it is. Sometimes it's even necessary.

Someone's already mentioned university. [And she is still unsure of that.] What's the difference between a private one school and... a normal one?
