For the last time - I'm not yours. We're just friends! If you could even call it that!

I--I know! I know. That doesn't mean I can't help you out, though.

You can help by not being so possessive.

I'm not possessive. I'm protective.

[...Yeah there's no way she's gonna buy that.]

I'm glad to see you are feeling better Mr. Graves. And I enjoying singing quite a bit to answer your question.

I'm a DJ- er..well I used to be a DJ for club 24, now I'm more of an entertainment...coordinator guy. For Merlotte's. I also do sound tech for the stadium, but I can give the the numbers for a couple bands! I mean, I don't know if they have got managers or anything, but some just have do-it-yourself demos.

Sure, drop me a few numbers, I'll dig in a bit. I'll see if they could appreciate a manager that knows about the big time. And why don't you tell me a bit more about this Merlotte's place, while you're at it.

Merlotte's is a neutral club- it's a bar and grill, and it's got a pretty sweet stage. We have bands come in, we do Karaoke on Thursdays, themes once a week...

I'm actually on, ah- sort of vacation, right now, actually, but I could probably show you around quick, if you're interested. Newcomers run it, pretty much everybody who works there are newcomers.

If you want, make up some flyers, I'll drop them at the box.

A tour? Sure, never hurt anybody, I guess. Where do you want to meet up?

Flyers? What about business cards? Those work?

Dude, if you're looking for a job in the entertainment biz, Purgatory's where it's at. I work there as a jazz pianist, and we're hiring for new performers.

Me? A performer? Cute offer, but I'm the type of guy who likes to run the shows.

"Nice" rather depends upon your price range.

Good to see that you've recovered.

The price range shouldn't be an issue once I get a bit of work going.

Yeah, it is.

There are apartments which cost as much as twenty thousand a month. Even if one's work is lucrative, one must consider the means in which one must live.

[voice] wasnotthecat June 8 2011, 00:52:45 UTC
Agreed. Are the apartments even worth that price, though? I mean, if I'm shellin' out that much I want to be living like a fuckin' king.
