According to reports from SERO's researchers stationed at the diamond, this month has seen a flood of well over a hundred newcomers, appearing in the city at an astonishingly high average of about 5 per day. The Tower Apartments report only 23 vacancies left, and some are worried about what will happen at maximum occupancy if newcomers keep arriving at an alarming rate.
