Since the subways were not working anymore he had to run all the way to Sector 4, dodging darkness monsters the entire way but luckily he came out in Sector 2, which wasn't too far from sector 4.

He found the spot where Cloud had been and only found blood on the sidewalk. His heart stopped and his green eyes widened in shock. He fell to his knees, hands shakily gripped his head. Was he too late? Was Cloud dead now after only being here a few days? The memories of Kazuma's death came flooding back to him. Why was this happening? He just didn't understand.
