[Things seem to be going fairly well around here again, in the House of Awesome and elsewhere in Siren's Port. Raven's had a peaceful few days and has talked to some of the new arrivals. Things seem to be under control. She's been reading for most of the afternoon, and she'd just decided to get up and go down to make herself some tea, when--

Canaries, robins and ravens. I didn't realise birds were so feminine.

Takes her a second to get this, though, and then she suddenly gets pretty excited. And then restrains herself.]
...are you saying you're from my world?

Right. Right, of course. Girl-Robin told you something. All right, so you must be someone important.

[Well okay, that's news to him.]
I'm Clark Kent, from Metropolis. Does that mean anything to you?

Uh. I think-- oh. Don't you write for the Daily Planet?

Um, you haven't been here that long though, right? Or I would've run into you earlier. So you can't have that much money on you. Let me pay you back.
[But if he's who she thinks he is, he doesn't really need money, does he...?
She goes inside the building. The first floor is a common space with lots of furnishings, but no one else seems to be around for the moment. Good enough.]
So you're not just a reporter, clearly. [And--if this is true... sheesh. What other weird secret identities do superheroes have?]

[He smiles, glances about, then takes a seat. This is a whole city full of people with superpowers, though, and saying anything out loud is as good as announcing it, when people have superhearing. He's always careful.]
I'm a few things other than that. My abilities aren't limited to writing a good clipping, though, otherwise I wouldn't be here.

But at any rate, she sits down as well.]
Right. You can move really quickly. You seem... really wholesome. No offense. And you're from Metropolis.
Sooo. That seems to kind of narrow it down.
