You do realize most people here have powers and the Core gives those who arrive here without powers some, correct? That is normal functioning for the Core.

[The longer he has to wait, the more nervous Keigo gets. Eventually, pacing turns into walking from his room to the door frequently turns into opening the door every few minutes and peering out into the hallway.]
