[ When she heard about the ball, Ella had fully intended to attend. It was just a matter of getting a new dress and going after Hattie had already set off for the same ball. Considering if Hattie saw her here, she would send Ella back to the house, she would have to do some hardcore avoidance.

So dressed in a new gown, she made her way to the ball which was already in full swing. Anyone in orange she immediately avoided, knowing Hattie had chosen the color to wear tonight.

There was no harm in a little socializing, dancing and fun right? As long as she avoided Hattie, anyway. ]

[Ella wasn't the only one looking fabulous, Hattie was also adorn in a fantastic dress, orange in color. It wasn't a -real- party unless Hattie was here after all, so it was pretty inevitable that she'd show up.

What she wasn't happy about, though, was showing up alone. But she did have a plan of sorts; out of this huge gathering, there had to be plenty of men of high social status to mingle with. For the time being she was in view of Ella, but completely unfocused on seeking her out, so there'd be no problem.. For now.]

[ Well Hattie didn't know Ella had attended the ball either. Ella hoped to keep it that way. Of course, Ella knew that her stepsister was going to the ball, and as such, was on high alert for her arrival.

Aand is rewarded when she caught sight of the other girl. Quickly she ducked behind a pair crossing behind her to put the crowd between herself and Hattie. She was kind of thirsty, but Hattie was in the way of the path to the table with the drinks. Hrm. Clearly she was going to have to think this one through. ]

[Or did she??? ... No, she didn't. Hattie was taken aback by the atmosphere; it was odd how a place that was nothing like home managed to somehow capture her so well- She had a feeling that something really magical was going to happen tonight.]

[But where does she even -start-? She didn't have her usual posse around to go about flaunting how awesome they were with. It was time to fly solo- Miles Edgeworth looked to be a good person to start with, she recognized his appearance from Larry's statues. So she sauntered over in that direction- quite away from the table.]

And she knew that look on Hattie's face. That was the 'Target Locked' look. That is going to be so disasterous. :D ]

Phew.

[ She moved towards the table, ready to grab something to drink. For the moment, she could relax and enjoy herself. ]
