[Tyrell is here primarily for the food. To that end, he's not really dressed to fit in -- while the coat he's wearing is new, a Christmas gift, the clothes underneath it are decidedly not, just the cleanest outfit he could fine. He also seems to have the desperate beginnings of facial hair growth lingering around his mouth.
