What an amusing idea. Humans and their little superstitions.

[ He can afford to be smug. Even being a teenager isn't so bad, because right now? He's got everything he ever wanted. Everything...

Suddenly - he blushes.

With a surreptitious glance to one side, to make sure no one is watching, he scratches a note and affixes it to the wall. Then, jamming his hands into his pockets, he begins to hurry away. ]
