I'm not really into the egg on top but the rest of the recipe looks delicious. I'm always looking for new ways to make "sides" as my family is all divided about them, so this looks to be a tasty new thing to try.

Not at all! Drives me crazy. Never can I make anything that someone doesn't say, "Oh, do we have to have that?" 'Course if I served chocolate cake for dinner I'm sure that'd go over well. *lol*

LOL I bet. My niece does that to us on occasion and I tell her to try things before she whines about it.
