Crustless Ham Quiche and Variations

This is the original recipe that I started with for Quiche. The first time we made it as a Ham Quiche but this last time we changed it up.

I'm not a quiche fan myself, but my housemate/best friend loves quiche. Will pass this recipe on to her :)

FYI, I know you asked me to share some of my favourite recipes with you. I haven't forgotten, just with everything that has happened over the past few months...Just haven't had time to go through and select some, but I will soon!

I didn't think I was either until I started adding my own ingredients. I loved the last one we made with the spinach but to each their own.

I know you've had a lot on your plate so you haven't had the time or the desire to post about food. It's okay.
