I haven't read any of those. I'm going to try them out. I've seen some of the Discovery of Witches show and didn't even think to look for the books. I mean I'm not really into the witches thing but I'm game.
Thanks.
Have you read the Chronicles of Ixia which starts with Study Series. I really enjoyed that one.
I liked The Parasol Protectorate, there's werewolves in that, also ghosts, and all kinds of supernatural beings, and mystery stories. It was something a bit different when I was looking for something new.
Now that you say it I faintly remember you writing about them, and that you weren't the biggest fan.
Only other werewolf series I've read was the Mercy Thompson series, and the Alpha & Omega series. They're set in the same universe. They're more crime than romance, but that's there too. I have to admit I fell off it a bit, but straight up crime doesn't hook me as easily, even when it's supernatural in origin.
Yes, I've seen those come up in my searches but I just didn't gravitate towards them for some reason. I should give them a shot but my fear is I'll be disappointed. Oh well.
I did read a series called... I think Riley Jensen... it was Australian. Stretching my memory... Keri Arthur I think was the author. That was good as I recall.
I go in stages. I'll be on a supernatural everything kick, then regency, then something more mystery based.. I so rarely love contemporary but sometimes that is just all I want. It's weird.
