You have always been a darn good writer, and this story is no exception. You managed to express a bit of this on the phone to me before getting it down in text. I wish I could have been there to help out in some way, but from the sounds of it, I probably would have pissed off someone enough to make your situation worse. Had we have been brought up differently, I am not sure the strength of mind would have been there to endure your ordeal. *hugs* I have a hard time believing that nobody will suffer any consequences for this crap.
