serveral instances while reading my last lj entry i wanted to throw up. i can't believe i wrote some of that. chalk it up to extreme sleep deprivation (after two days of no sleeping, i felt almost like i had dissociated from my body. talk about trippy). and now i am very tired but also very wired from a full day that still feels unresolved
