Yes it is not polite to pick on children with special needs. But after reading all this I don't think he has special needs, I think that he is just dumb. So pick on him in private.

I think you need to get some big flashlights, cuz those hurt. Anther dog who will eat him and a cattle prod (cuz that would hurt). Make sure the police know, make sure his PO knows. And try not to have anything to do with him. Becki will regain her smarts soon enough and come back to being friends with you. Until then Carry big sticks!

How did you track down the I.P. address of the anonymous comment? I have no idea how to do that.

One of the settings for livejournal is something like "Log all IPs of comments" or something. And then you go here: http://tools.whois.net/whoisbyip/ and it tells you info about the IP :)
