The stress gets worse

So after 4 hours 10 minuites waiting at the DVM I am sent home no further than I started. They have to contact Baton Rouge to see if they have the origional title (which I GAVE them so they better have it.) If they do not then I need to apply for a duplicate title in California - pay all of those fees and wait all of that time and then re-apply

oh goodness! That all sounds terrible, well just get out of there any way you can and deal with all that junk when you return. Good Luck, keep us posted!
