Oh, I liked this a lot. :)

I really appreciate when authors deal with the post-Alkali school, because they did lose people and everything wouldn't be back to normal.

I also appreciated the amount of pressure that Scott put on the kids to be better so that they wouldn't lose more people in the future. Ouch. :(

The brief glimpse at Pyro's new relationship with Magneto and Mystique was wonderful.

Again, no graphic- or any at all- slash, but I'm patient. ;D

Hee! But I did write some slash! The fic is called "Surreptitious" and is a few back. It's Pyro/Gambit, but i promise, there's some slash!! Proper slash, too, not even just-alluded-to slash. *g*

And thank you! I love examining what happened after Alkali, and Pyro settling in to be a bad guy is one of my favorites :)
