Dude, seriously. I live in south yarra, about 20 minutes walk from anzac. Every time I go by there tho, the place seems to be crawling with council workers. How tf did you get in there?

They're doing repair work on the brick archway, as its collapsing. They only work 9-5 hours so after 5pm you can go up, although theres sometimes a seccer sitting at the site hut, so i always entered from the slope between the tunnel and the Chapel St bridge.
