Its the famous Argos portafluro the pommies are always waffling on about on UER. Its a portable twin 8 watt fluro with a 6 hour battery. Retails for 14 pounds 90 pence in British Argos stores. Unfortunately, noones found an equivalent in North America, to the point where Kowalski imported his from the UK.
