I got to work today and ended up arriving before the bloke who was actually rostered on... Not me it turned out... i was rostered a day off, but being a dumb fuck, hadnt realised. Given the sudden unexpected option of opting to go back home to bed he offered the shift to me and we ended up swapping and i did 9 hours at double time which nicely ( Read more... )

i do the same thing with hearing my voice sometimes. Not dealing with the living alone to well myself. Fuck maybe I need a cat. Have you got a new rat ?

I love living alone, but it does make me insular. no ive thought about getting a rat, but i have to admit id prolly not do the little bugger its deserves.

yeah, but its prolly lost in amougst the hours of footage Nathan so desperatly needs to go thru and edit. Only the Eye of the Tiger segment was ever put up to scratch.

James Herbert is good, and Heinlein is my favorite author of all time. Have you read any of Greg Bear's stuff? Now there's some really neat speculative fiction, especially Eon.

I read Eon a few years back. It was good but i got lost in the concept of how they travel thru the big doobie thing. It wasnt admittedly my fave book. Im more into Space Opera than Hard Scifi.
