So folks, how do you teach someone to read?  I don't remember the learning process for myself, I remember reading these little yellow bound thin books in Kindergarten in the "I see spot" type.  But as to how I got there I don't know, and how I get my 4 yr old to I don't know either.  I mean we've always read to her, and she knows all her letters

I don't remember learning how to read, either. But I know I knew how to do it before they taught me in school
