I'm such a cynic, seriously, but there's something delightful about writing cranky letters to the mayor about proposed casinos (for example). And then sometimes they put in a movie theater! If that's the result of my cranky letters (on whatever subject) I will be most pleased.

I would die. The problem is of course, what the fuck do i say:

"Dear Senator Reid:
I like you. You are a good Senator. Remember that time you got married to you're high school sweetheart? Remember how you grew up in a shack with no running water or electricity? Oh OH!!! THAT ONE TIME? Where you worked you're way through law school as a Capital Hill police officer?
