I'm not sure if I understand your question, but like it says in the link and in the site it's from the manga "KOIHA INA MONO MOUNA MONO" by Zaou Taishi.

@mikanou: Ah,but the page linked is a P-S credits-page and the artwork on it is not from the Zaou Taishi manga it was inserted into...

@neliaka: I'm sorry, i can't quite place it though the art style looks familiar somewhat. It's a really pretty style though, and i will be looking out for it & the artist behind it! Will post here again if i come across the answer to your question. Sorry i'm not of any help just yet.. n_n";;;
