[This scene would have looked like a love sick girl trying to call her love interest, not hitting the send button out of nervousness. Except Echo's not a love sick girl and Oz is definitely not a love interest. She debates in her head on whether to call him or not. But she doesn't have anyone else to rely on so to speak. Not to mention, Echo wasn't even aware if his presence. Finally after minutes of deliberation, she calls, hoping, betting everything that he will pick up.]
