hope you feel better!

I've been reading The Secret, I have it on my desk; I read more than half then set it down and I should read the rest.

I'd be interested in the cleansing process...

Thanks!

I made it up with a combination of several different cleanse programs...

I'm gonna start the morning with the Master Cleanser lemonade drink. The rest of the day I can have fruit juice and vegetable broth. Nothing after 7 p.m. Senna tea before bed. I'll probably do that for 3 days and then add back in fruit and solid veggies 4th day and by end of day five, cheese enchiladas, LOL!

I dunno, we'll see how it goes!

definitely let me know :) if you don't mind that is, I've been researching detox sites and they all seem so ... scary!

Yes. There are a lot of detox scams out there!

I'll try to blog about it here...

LOL "hippie shit" I'm thinking of doing an all natural diet- no procesed foods at all except maybe yogurt, kombucha, and cereal. I really want to do it, I think I can.

That sounds great! I could live on yogurt, kombucha, and oatmeal I think. :)

that is so funny. I've been thinking about the Master Cleanse for a while now. I had an ex who did it and lost a bunch of weight (though, theoretically its not why you should do it....whatever.) I need to drop some pounds and some bloat before mexico! :)

I'm going to check out that book too!

Cool. I love the way it tastes. Just don't use too much cayenne. Caliente!!

Are you going to stay somewhere in Mexico, or are you doing a cruise?

We are staying at a resort in Puerto Vallarta. We really don't have anything planned. I'm excited at the idea of just laying around and reading. :D

Oooh! I really liked Puerto Vallarta. I wish I could have spent more than 5 hours there. I had a fantastic massage at Hotel Krystal. It's called the Fango - 90 minutes of pure heaven!!!
