I just got off the phone with my parents

Moving to Florida seems more positive by the day.

I have to make a choice very soon as my rent ends this month. Do I go or do I stay? My head tells me to stay while I can earn money to pay off debt. My heart tells me I need to go home.

logisticsThe problem is my car. The timing belt is 4k miles over and it is a newer car. How do I get home?

I have been battling this since I moved up here. I am from Ontario and I miss my family and friends dearly on a daily basis.. But for me I have worked very hard to where I am today. If i went back hom now everything I have worked so hard for would be in vain!

It's hard though living in an isolated world so far away from the people you care about..

I no longer have a good stable job, my family is not here, and my wife and kids left me.

I have nothing. If I still have some money saved now is the time to leave before I grow broke and then permanently stuck. I guess I could try to find another job ... been doing that here for awhile.

I have no friends however and I feel lonely and cold. I am quite screwed
