COMM: muse_shuffle - You changed your name // Well that's okay, it's necessary // And what you leave behind you don't miss anyway

WORD COUNT: 328

The names we make for ourselves are just as important as the names we are given.

They define what we see ourselves as compared to what others might see.

Koschei: Nickname, derived from full name. Used while in Academy and through significant amount of regenerations. No longer to be used nor referred to- the entity that was 'Koschei' died a long time ago. Name now used in Russia to denote a demon, 'the Deathless', who keeps his soul hidden so that he can never die. Just an unwanted memory.

Master: Title, preceeded by 'the', sometimes followed by 'of All Matter'. Currently in use as a name, and a fitting one at that. Denotes dominance, mastery, control of others and of things. Usage of this name is preferred above others, save in select situations. In use since 400s.

Colonel Masters: Rather obvious name to certain individuals - though useful with unknowing parties. Use with military; avoid UNIT branches. They're a bit more intelligent than most. Rarely used.

Reverend Magister: 'Master' in Latin. Useful when infiltrating anything remotely similar to religions. Also useful in gathering a cult to summon demons. Obvious to anyone who knows Latin roots in words, but those types aren't common.

Professor Thascales: 'Master' in Greek. Useful towards any disguise or infiltration needing the appearance of a well-educated man. Again, obvious towards anyone knowing Greek. Avoid problem by not using the name in any Greek speaking countries.

Doctor Emil Keller: Name. No language basis or ties to the title of 'Master'. Name known on Earth as the creator of the Keller Machine. Extremely useful, though it has also garnered a bad reputation. Use as needed.

The Portreeve: Name. No language basis or ties to the title of 'Master'. Only used in Castrovalva; use outside of it is pointless.

Kalid: Name. No language basis or ties to the title of 'Master'. ...Result of boredom.

Sir Gilles Estram: The best swordsman in all of France. Nothing more needs to be said.

Possible future names: ...To be filled at later date.
