[It hurts. It's one thing to know what Pietro can do, to see it turned on someone, and quite another to be the direct victim. He has to clamp down on the immediate instinct to sweep the shield up, break Pietro's grip, slam forward and try to use weight as an advantage against speed. It's the adrenaline surge of an attack, the instinctive panic of having the air driven out of his lungs.
