Braving the teleporters wasn't something that Kat really wanted to do, but upon arrival she learned fairly quickly that the station was a lot larger than she originally anticipated. Hoofing that full distance on foot wasn't exactly a viable solution.

Garden zone 11 wasn't exactly what she expected it to be like. She did, in fact, expect something more like a 'garden' and instead was greeted with rocks and huge mountains. Oh boy. The question was, where the hell was all the computer parts.

Kat leans against the side of a jeep, legs crossed, her remaining hand gripping the side. She'd left her arm with Carter (to creep him out) for safe keeping and even if she was down one arm, she still fully intended to drive.

Two's first exposure to the teleporters was considerably less pleasant. Two hadn't even taken in the scenery before she had to preform a lightning quick maneuver only someone with heavy augmentations could pull off to remove her helmet just in time to watch stomach juices splash on her boots.

Spartans don't get motion sickness, so for her to loose what little was in her stomach was a chilling thought when she considered what would have happened to some poor, ordinary schmuck who tried using those teleporters while everything was going haywire ( ... )

Kat hadn't been sure what to expect about Two. She knew well enough that the other Spartan was an S-II, which meant she was expecting big, but armor-wise, the other was a bit of a surprise. Whatever Two was wearing looked pretty professional and new, and typically she didn't see many Spartan-IIs in that color.

She had half a mind to ask the armor specs later. First though, she pats the side of the jeep. It's old, but it'll run.

"Driving is part of basic training, isn't it?"

She hops into the side of the jeep, sliding into the driver's position, and settles her hand on the driving wheel. Without her right arm it's going to be a little bit of a challenge, but giving it a once over she comes up with a plan on how she was going to, well, shift gears and such. It mostly involved her knees.

"Take shotgun."

In armor or not, Two wasn't the biggest S-II but to her credit, she wasn't the smallest, either. Black-Two could almost feel her Noble counterpart looking her equipment over, make jokes on your own time. Skunkworks might look pretty, but it had it's issues. As much as the armor felt to be an inextricable part of her, she could still envy Kat's. It had...a personality to it that her own MJOLNIR variant lacked.

"Sure we had vehicle training but," Two paused to run her hand gingerly over the hood of the jeep, thinking she might break it, "but not this hoopdie."

Hell, what was it- Twenty-first? Twentieth century engineering? People back then were still using hot lead to off each other.

"Well, alright, you're the boss." Two slid into the passenger seat as she was told. The genius of Noble Team had to be an excellent driver. ...right?
