[Abby is just sitting on the curb, somewhere in rez zone 1. The lack of traffic was unsettling at first but now she's used to it.
She's keeping an eye on Rex, flitting around somewhere down the block, but she is not as concerned as she would be in a fully populated city back home -- on Sacrosanct it doesn't matter who knows about anomalies or dinosaurs. There are less eyes to see and no one cares anyway. They're all stuck for now.]
[ Grid isn't particularly interested in the small creature the human has with her--she's not hungry enough to bother hunting something so small, and she isn't in the mood to terrorize game anyways.
She's more interested in the female.
Slowly Grid slinks up behind her, silent despite her size, until she can lean forward and put her face over the females shoulder and hiss softly.
[She flinches, jerking away before she can even get a good look at what exactly is invading her personal bubble. The motion unbalances her and she falls sideways onto her elbows. She can feel the rough concrete digging into them as she scrambles back, away from- whatever it is.] Stay back!
[Now that she's facing it, it doesn't look like any prehistoric creature they've encountered so far. Not that it matters. It doesn't have to be a dinosaur to be scary as fuck.
Abby resolves to kick it right in the ugly face if it gets any closer. :|]
[Cindy liked to swim with the fishes. The fishes were very friendly and they didn't mind her at all. They were her friends, and they could swim as fast as she could. She liked the tanks that had big fishes in them. They didn't dart away if she poked at them.
The sharks were best.
Whales were too big, they bumped and knocked her around.
Cindy found, lately, that she especially liked the tropical fish. They were bright and shiny and fast. So here she was, busily following a school of little yellow tang through a forest of coral and anemones, studiously ignoring the larger and more delicious parrot fish that trundled through.]
