This may seem like a silly question, but I'm not familiar with what you'd call magic, so... is there any way to track the night terrors when they manifest? Some sort of energy signature, maybe? Or do they have any specific appearance beyond 'green and gooey'? If they do turn out to be dangerous, it would help to know where to start looking.

Well, they tend to stick around where they're originally conjured. Within say, 100 feet I guess? I don't know anything about tracking. All I know if I don't have anything that lets me know where they are or even if they exist. They do listen to me though, when I tell them to do stuff

If they tend to stay near you, then you may want to look into finding an apartment in a zone or even just a neighborhood that's not heavily populated. It would at least reduce the chances of someone getting hurt.

I can kill nightmares. Night-terrors, too. But it sort of involves me being in your head. If that's okay. Most of the time you won't even notice, and I can't usually see anything you don't want me to see. And even if I do, I keep it quiet.

Yes, just about everything is preferable to murder rampages. I think most everyone would agree to that.

Which is why I, well, said something. To lessen the chance of murder. You know, be prepared and all that.
