Maybe not as well as Kat would have been able to, but he could at least skim through things, get a general idea of what was going on.
It took only a moment to find people familiar to him-- Jorge, Emile in particular, along with others from the UNSC. A relief. There were a few other posts he wasn’t sure of, but those could be dealt with in time. No use in dancing around the subject, though; directness would serve him faster. ]
