[IT'S THE TIME OF YEAR TO THINK OF FAMILY, RIGHT?? Scott had found something in his pocket earleir that he'd apparently taken with him upon arriving here. He decided to show all of Sacrosanct, assuming they'd, you know, actually care. In the video now, he's just sitting on his barrack's bed, his tactical vest off so you can see his undershirt and

Hmm, sounds like you're also reserved. I guess that's okay. In that case, maybe I can bring him one day to Sacrosanct. That way, you could enjoy what happiness could bring you, without being a real parent.

That's sweet of you, I suppose.
[Dude, she is lacking, but she's also ENTIRELY certain that small children is not going to solve that

Don't worry, life is full of difficult things, and everyone's got something to push them through. I'll admit it wasn't my kid, at first.

Rough life.
[He squints at the tiny picture to get a good look, and finds her absolutely adorable.]
Wow, she's a cutie. [And then her question.] Actually, I...I'm not really sure just yet. His mom said he loves the military, so he was pretty shy while I was around. He seems smart, not talking to strangers, eyes wide open... [A beat.] What about your niece? You used to visit her often?

Outgoing, totally charms everyone she meets... She's a sweetheart. [ And it's obvious Olivia really loves her. ]

Huh. She sounds a little like her aunt. [Smiles. He doesn't know her profession, of course, but her reasoning makes it evident she's intelligent.]
Are you still holding out hope to see her again? It's just that some of the people here...well, they seem like a lot of them have given up. I know I can't. I have to see my kid again. Is it the same for you?
[See Scott with a sympathetic half smile for you and your adorbs niece.]
