[An unusual sight - a partially excited Shockwave. Even more odd is the large mechanical tentacle-worm thing wrapped around him. It's about the size of an incredibly large snake that you'd see in a horror movie, and it seems to be making little mechanical clicking and screeching sounds. This only makes Shockwave look even more pleased and excited ( Read more... )

[What in the pit?!]

It normal f'r that thing to dump Tyran Drillers here?

[... actually maybe that means it'll dump a Tyran symbiont in sometime, too. Hrm.]

I'd be interested in that list, if it ever gets compiled.

Driller? ...Oh do tell me more, this creature is absolutely fascinating. We do not have them on my Cybertron.

And you are free to watch what others respond. I will attempt to create a list from what data I gather.

Not much I can aside, aside from that in the wild they're subterranean and you really wouldn't like 'em when they're mad. Last attack - last sighting, in fact - I remember, I was still a hatchling.

Appreciate it. I'll see if I c'n backtrack found equipment through the older transmissions, get a little more info.

Well that does explain its design, and I can hardly imagine this creature upset. [He's practically cuddling the thing like it's a pet dog.] Will it be getting any larger?

Wait... hatchling?

Ah, thank you, that would be most beneficial. I have been far too distracted as of late. Something I should not have allowed to happen in the first place...

You'd be surprised. Those tentacles they use are effective weapons when they want t'attack. [Gah, you look like his Shockwave, stoppit.] Maybe. Heard my version'a you keeps one big enough that he can ride it.

... Yeah. You didn't expect us t'spring fully-formed from... whatever, did you?

So I've noticed. [And won't mention in public, out of respect. He did skate a ways back through your transmissions, and all.] But hey, it happens. Get stressed and we neglect tertiary objectives.

Maybe you should convince him not to keep it.

Because you genuinely think it'll harm him, or because it freaks you out?

[Neither of you are subtle. He totally saw that argument.]

Mostly the former. You've seen the state he's in, I assume. [read; human]

Of course. [Kind of difficult to miss that.] I doubt that it'll see him as much of threat because of it. Could take a look at the critter, see about its growth and threat potential.

... He collect pets or something?

Hn. I don't think it matters whether or not it sees him as a threat.

...Have you met Dug?

If it likes him, it'll be careful. And if Shockwave knows what's good for him, he'll be just as careful.

... Can't say as I have.

Ask him to introduce you. [he'll just sit on everything else you said.]

[Hey, he's just reluctant to tear someone away from a creature they really like. That's all.]

I'll be sure to. Though I've gotta wonder if I should.
