landlords.. yerk... one reason I'm glad we now own a house..

down side is if the water heater or A/c goes Uurp it's OUR problem... but still we can Do something other than call and wait... and hope the n'idiot remembers that contract holds him responsible for things too

Yeah, same here, I am glad we don't have to pay for it, but really after 15 months of living here you would think he would fix something.
