I find that my iMac's chiclet keyboard is near impossible to use if I allow my fingernails to grow much longer than 1/16th of an inch, which makes me wonder if Steve Jobs is trying to make Windows look bad by forcing Mac users to be better groomed.

I had the same experience the last time I swung by the Apple store to flirt with a 20 inch iMac. There's something about the low profile of the keys that I'm not sure I like, or at least I'm not sure I'm used to just now.

When I first saw the keyboard, I thought, wow, pretty, but probably completely worthless.

I was pleasantly surprised. It actually makes typing fun.

I've heard more than a little negative feedback, however, so maybe some people never get used to it.
