That sounds good. I'm glad it has helped you. Devotionals is a very big thing for me presently, too. Trying to work it all out.

For me, at present, its a devotional if I roll out of bed when I wake up and land next to me shrine.

The body-clock is a funny old thing. I doubt it ever makes sense.

It is indeed a great book with some beautiful writing. The sticker may have been a bit heavy, but I certainly haven't found any reason to complain.

I thought at first about utilizing evening prayers, thinking that they were the most convenient time to add something to my routine, but mornings/wakings are the most important time of the day, it is best to get them off well.
