Ack, I know I'm late, but I'll give it a go anyway. I was going to request anything Sulu/Chekov from the "Symphony" universe. I seriously loved that scene where Chekov helped Sulu with his music and was so reassuring. So I'd take anything having to do with them. Maybe a scene with them gossiping about K/S, or just relaxing in their room, or Sulu thinking about how good a musician Chekov is, and whether he gets jealous or not.
