Oh GOD. That was amazing, all of it. Kirk giving himself up for his crew, the speech he made to them that made me well up, his love for the ship, everyone's goodbyes and then that amazing scene with Spock. It was amazingly well written, the sweet kiss and then the breaking of the dam and the frantic emotion and then Spock just wanting Kirk to come back... omg it stole my breath, I read that bit about 3 time. Seriously fabulous.

AND NEXT COMES THE HAPPY ENDING, Y/Y? My heart needs something to fix it <33333
