Since V3's been skyrocketing as of now, why not do a little checkup on how CUL's doing? Just gonna share some nice works I've stumbled upon. I apologize if some of these videos have already been done in a previous linkdump.

Oh crap! Sorry about that, guys. I'm not quite sure how to embed NicoNico videos onto LJ. I've tried a few times, and looked up how to embed them properly. I know how to get the embedded code off of Nico...

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I apologize for this floozy of a post.

No worries! Basically, LJ and DW strip out a lot of different embed codes for security's sake - there's been hacks and password attempts via some long in the past, and I guess they've got a chip on its shoulder about them.

It kind of annoys me because I'd love to be able to use the little video-specific nicovideo embed forms, but that's why I've always done manual linking with a link to the thumbnail instead. The code's in the profile, all you need to do is know the video id:
