I WANT IT ON MY TV.

HNNNGGGG.

Although, the extreme volume of her skirt in the MAGNIFICENT HD EXPLOSION starts to look a little goofy.

This is why we need a full-on PS3 Diva.

This is basically how Sega profits off the animations/choreographies they had to make for those lives.

BUT, doesn't it come with new songs (and outifits?) too? :|a

It does make me wonder if we'll ever see a native PS3 Project Diva, though. When they can get more money via multiple PSP games and a PS3 addon, why would you collate it into a PS3 game? (Though that would be very good if only for 'here is an online filedump of user-made diva stages you can connect to as you like'.)

As itachinyu said below it comes with new PVs for existing songs, so Ievan Polka / Shoushitsu / Your Diva / Electric Angel / Golden Holy Night will get PVs, but a poke around their site implies you don't get any new songs and I'm pretty sure you don't get any new outfits either, you have to go get the other DLC for any of that stuff.

possibly they're platform testing to see the response to how much people like having tv-size Mikupanties to play with

Well, having it on a big TV screen rather than on the PSP does give you more freedom with your hands.......

I bet you're only saying that for lack of a PS3.

NEVA

Even if I have a PS3 I wouldn't get it. It's giving me the SO4 uncanny valley feeling. =T

I know what you mean there, though SO4 was really infinitely worse. I guess I'd have to see it moving in actual HD rather than a nico teeny screen to see the real extent of it. Guess they're trying to emulate the Diva 2 intro.

To be honest it's not -just- a 'graphical wrapper- ; there are 5 new PVs for the 5 songs in Project Diva that never had PVs. (Instead they got slideshows of fanart. Always found that kinda dumb, so it's really nice seeing an actual dance and stage to go with them now.)

I have no PS3 but my friend does and he's getting this, so I will invade his house now and then to see Kaito's HD swim-wear clad ass whether he likes it or not.

Iiiiii suppose that's true. But I have to admit I'm skeptical as to how much of it will be actively new content and not copy-pasted together bits of other songs. Shoushitsu does get the routine from the 2010 39's Live show, which is pretty neat, but wasn't that moon's stage? (Disclaimer: I'm at work, so can't check again.)

Well I never said the -stages- themselves would be new...

...but, but, HD! 8D

It's more a sneaking suspicion that the other 4 will just be already existing moves i.e. basically an edit mode more than an actual PV. Diva really needed more fully-danced tracks. :/
