... Is there something wrong with me for not seeing how this is extraordinarily horrifying? (Okay, there probably is, but.) They actually sound pretty decent, compared to, you know, the way English Vocaloids tend to sound. You can even make out the words without trying too hard!

It's not specifically awful, no, I just... love the entire premise of it, really.

I kind of feel the Engloids have problems. Sweet Ann's voice is surprisingly good, but Big Al has never really sounded terribly good and pronounces a lot of sounds in a really wobbly fashion and, most of all, no aspects of his design match each other. Super-deep jazz voice from a slicked-back italian gangster dude? ... named Big Al, a name with high karmic resonance to, let's say... South Park? He's kind of guaranteed to make me laugh. And then I saw Sweet Ann's boxart which I had honestly never seen before and then the frankenstein monster sections of both their designs and come on, powerfx, what on earth are you doing

Sweet Ann's also $150. Daaaang.
