Kara would totally bite her nails to the quick waiting for word. And it's so her to cut off sex, as much to punish herself as anything.

And the massage. LMAO! So Kara. And then Laura teasing her, as if she knew what Kara had been thinking...

And her objection to pink toenails....frakking hilarious!

Aw, this is so sweet, even if it is angsty! (I'm a big friend to the angst, mind.)

It was so nice to read some femmeslash and to read something positive and uplifting and funny between these two. The massage was hilarious, btw. I could totally imagine Kara getting all riled up like that and forget there was someone there, especially when she'd just getting over a nookie moratorium. ;)

I also found it inordinately sexy that Laura enjoys Kara scratching her back during sex, which surprised me, because it's not usually my thing.

So much love for this! Kara's POV is wonderful at every part: the anxiety/fear, happiness, and a willingness to tolerate their spa day. These two make me so happy, and they're so adorable and loving.

I'll read Kara/Laura angsty-fluff anytime. :D

Guh...this hits all the right fun, angsty notes of Laura/Kara! The phone description felt achingly real and totally captured how that waiting feels.

Of course Kara's physicality would win over decorum on the massage table :-)

I'm thrilled that even with Kara's ick feeling towards the girly-girl spa experience, you wrote all that with respect that Laura does like that kind of thing and that's okay. And Kara getting tips just...I'm laughing and "Awww"-ing over that, and love that she put them to good effect :-)
