well, there are a couple of Slams running in Denver. Paulie Lippman runs one and is one hell of a guy!
You should check them out...if they're on the right night...we both can!

I know! Denver is the promised land...but do you remember grad school? How much "spare" time did you have? I'm trying to work it all out and make time to write, but...it hasn't happened yet. But let's check out the doings during your trip- it's my Spring Break.

Excellent news, congrats! Funny you mention merging your artistic & academic sides...you can imagine what was going thru my mind the day of my first gig up here, knowing that colleagues and grad students would be in attendance.

It was very, very good.
